Thanks Shelly, but I've tried that with no success at all! And if I sleep 8-9 hours, I'm a complete mess the rest of the day...totally zonked out...5-7 hours seems to be my limit.
I've tried getting up at dawn, taking my camera and going out walking in the morning mists...no change.
I've tried getting up, doing some stretches and light exercises...no change.
I've tried waking up, laying in bed and doing imagery of sorts...again no change.
My mother even told me I was like this right from birth! And amazingly so was my daughter!!
I've asked doctors, counsellors, therapists over the years, no one can really figure it out other than the not a "Morning Person" thing - that I must be more of a "Night Owl".
