I don't remember if I signed in last week so will give total for 2 weeks as 2.6 lost. This past week is 0.8# lost, last week, 1.8#. emoticon

I have had a stressful week with mom in the hospital and not my not eating well. I hope to improve to good eating when my hectic schedule slows a little.

Hello all. Although I rejoined Spark in Oct. I did not do anything until a week ago today. I got back on the program and at weigh in today I was down 2.25! I need to get back to where I was 21/2 years ago. I know I can do it. It is hard though when DH isn't trying to do it with me.
