Yes our anniversary is close. I'm happy with what I've done so far but am still far from my goal. One step at a time does it!

Well we're coming up to our Sparkaversary here. As excited as I am, I'm also a little bummed and disappointed in myself. I wasn't as successful as I had dreamed this time last year. No excuses, I know exactly the reasons why. I'm about even, and I guess it's better than being heavier, which is where I was heading before SparkPeople. I've learned a lot in this past year and am so grateful that I found SparkPeople.

Congratulations to everyone who's made it thus far, no matter the amount of weight you lost. I'm pulling up my pants and working towards a very successful second year Sparakversary. Hopefully this time next year these same pants will be way too big and will have been given away to Goodwill.
