Can you change up your workout routine? Sometimes that pushes you through a plateau.

Sparks has some good articles on pushing through a plateau, I'll see if I can find something and post it to you.

Also you have lost 130 lbs, and need to lose more, is this a goal set by you or your doctor. Maybe your body wants to be right where it's at?

I'm not an expert, just throwing out a few things.

I eat well chosen, healthful foods, and have done so for the last five years during my weight loss journey. I swim four days/week, with strength training on alternate days. It has worked...I have lost 130 pounds, but now I am stuck. I waver up and down 2-3 pounds over the course of a week and have done so for 6 months. I consistently run short in calories, carbs, fat and protein. There is no way to eat while at work, and I do not feel comfortable adding more food to my meals in order to reach a calorie goal. Eating past full is what got me here in the first place. I am sure I am just blind to a very simple solution.
