I'm glad Linda was able to give you an answer. I took yest just for me and hubby, so just getting here now.

I don't follow Sparks "diet" as I have my own weight loss consultant, however they have set up their nutrition tracker which I know alot of people use and it's fantastic. You can follow along with their meals or use your own and see what it tells you !

it is entirely up to you you can follow the plan provided or do your own thing. most of us from england do our own plans as we can`t always get the same food here in the uk. if you decide to do your own, just press add food type in your food add the calorific value and when you click on i have fnished traking for the day the computor will work out your daily intake . also do`nt forget to add the food to your favourites and you can build up your own food database

Hello all!
I know a good amount about nutrition, but I don't always make the right choices so that's why I am here! I am wondering if it's better to follow the meal plans that SP provides or if I should just log my own choices. I make relatively healthy choices and I have looked at the meal plans and am not crazy about all the options. What is everyone else doing?
