Excited for this one... I do lots of walking and never feel like I count it for anything.

Sun.Nov.15- 3.5 mile run (no commute today, so counting my run)

Mon.Nov.16- 50 minutes

Tues.Nov.17- 30 min

Fri.Nov.20- Lots of Walking around NYC

Okay team, last week I gave you guys your Upper and Lower Body workout... hope you enjoyed that.

This week let's walk....

Record your walking minutes each day. For those that have a pedometre make sure you wear it. I don't so I will be posting my actual minutes that I go walking....

Remember you are competing against yourself so it doesn't matter which way you want to count your minutes, the challenge is to get you to walk.
