Hi, so far I've lost 4 lbs. Recording every bite eaten is what is helping a lot. (I do not want to see that graph telling me I've gone over my daily limits!!!)

Weighed in last evening and the scale showed a 7 pound loss from the last weigh-in, so i am very happy. i don't normally weigh-in weekly so this would be a two week weigh-in for me.

emoticon everyone! i have been on sp since oct 16th 2009, and i have lost 5lbs. i am at 215 lbs, but i have been there since last wednesday. i didn't expect a weight loss since last wednesday anyway because i went to nyc on thursday (near my favorite restaurant), the apple orchard on friday (has donuts and cider emoticon ), and six flags on sunday (i consumed approx. 3500 calories yesterday, aahhhh!! emoticon ).

so i "cheated" a bit this weekend, but i didn't gain. so yay! keep up the good work everyone emoticon

Started October 13th and down 2.3 lbs. Weigh-in day is tomorrow (Tuesday) so hopefully I will have more to add to this total.

Weighed in today, Tuesday, and down 1.4 lbs. - Wanted more so I will have try harder

I've been with Sparkspeople since Oct. 16 and have lost 3 pounds. I even was able to keep it off over the weekend. Not an easy task for me. In past diets, I would loose during the week only to put it back on over the weekend. Thank you Sparks and everyone on here for all your support. d.

Hi JNICK369 I was wondering if you had surgery to lose the weight? If so which one? I went to your spark page but I didnít see anything about that so that is why I am asking. Either way if you did or didnít the amount of weight that you have lost is FANTASTIC! 50 LBS is a great achievement and you should be proud of that. As far as losing only a pound in a week, think of it this way it is better a pound lost then a pound gained. You also talk about your work out and what you are doing which by the way is another great thing. I am not sure if you ever heard that Muscle weighs more then Fat and if you havenít you have now. You can be losing inches and building muscle so that can be another reason why you havenít seen that much of a loss to. Hereís another thing I would like to point out and this is my personal opinoun on this one you have lost 50LBS and I believe that when we loose weight so fast that sometimes our bodies need a chance to catch up. So, donít be surprised if you soon see a weight loss again. I also just read an article on spark people about maybe changing your workout routine. I will go and find it for you and send it to you. It talked about changing our workout to shake it up some. Hang in there you are doing wonderful and donít let the numbers on the scale prevent you from continuing on one of the best journeys you can be on.

I HAVE BEEN WITH THE SPARK PROGRAM SINCE OCT.12th 2009. I STARTED AT 368 POUNDS I HAVE SINCE LOST 16LBS. I HOPE TO CONTINUE TO DO THIS WELL, BECAUSE ANY OTHER DIET I HAVE TRIED EXCEPT FOR ONE, I NEVER LOST MORE THAN 20LBS. TOTAL. THE ONE DIET I TRIED WAS ON MY OWN AND PRETTY MUCH STARVED MYSELF AND LOST 138LBS BUT TURNED AROUND AND GAINED IT ALL BACK BUT 74LBS. SO I HOPE THAT I CAN CONTINUE TO USE THIS PROGRAM AND FINALLY GET TO MY GOAL WEIGHT OF 160LBS. I NEED ALL THE HELP THAT I CAN GET. THANKS emoticon

Yes, if you do measurements, please post them here too.

I know I measure and when I reached 50 lbs lost, I had lost half that in inches (chest, waist, and hips)

I'm so glad to see more posting with pounds lost. Don't want anyone getting discouraged with "just one pound" it's a loss and celebrate it !

After getting back on track again Last Monday when I weighed myself I lost 9LBS.

I have been good this week with the exception of yesterday. Not that I ate badly I just really didn't eat. I had my friendís party to go to and I was busy helping and just didn't take the time to eat breakfast.

I am anxious to see if I lost anything when I weigh myslef tomorrow. Fingers crossed that I lost something.
