So CROOKDHKR was last weeks winner...hope you are all doing better than me this week...had a trip to the ER yesterday morning...just a gall stone, not a huge deal, but not very nice either...so more motivation to eat healthy and exercise more regularly. Wiped out today yet from the morphine.

Hmmm 10mins doesn't sound like long. However, in the morning, while I get my daughter ready for school, I get ready for work, I'm washing and feeding my toddler and making sure there's lunch, milk and snacks available for him and my stepdaughter(who takes care of him while I work). not to mention getting the washing out and other house hold activities done!

10 mins starts to look like an eternity. Bing it on!

This will be a weekly challenge:
July 4-10
July 11-17
July 18-24
July 25-31

Each week you will need to post to this thread the number of days you got up and did 10 minutes of exercise in the mornings.

The person each week who has the most days of doing a 10 minute workout in the AM would be awarded a Spark Goodie. SPark GOodies will be given on Mondays following the week in question and the winner will be posted here.

Kayla & I both have issues with this, so you are not alone out there! Happy AM Workouts!
