I was more consistent as well for month of May with my workouts that's a really good thing for me.

Going back a bit,I started the c25k program late March. Then had to stop after only 2 weeks due to knee pain.

My achievement for May was to re start the program, couldn't face going right back to the start so began with week 2.

I also started blogging in May. Not daily, I just don't have time, but at least once a week.

My achievement for May was that I have actually started using the Spark on almost a daily basis and that I received a SparkPoints Trophy in May for have achieve 500 SparkPoints.
