At the start of the year I pledged to do something fun and confidence-boosting for myself that takes me out of my comfort zone. I did that by signing up for an improv class. Enjoyed the first session!

In terms of fitness, I'm vowing to join a marathon training session in May.

I pledge to run in the Race for the Cure on May 8th. A 5k that I normally walk each year. I am not a runner by any means but I commit to training and building my running skills so that I can run the entire 5K.

I pledge to drink 8 -8 oz. glasses of water a day. I mean how hard is this to do? Not at all! And yet I've had difficulty doing it! But really, this is something I can do easily for my health, So there!!!! (This is my mental pep talk, or maybe I'm just mental!!!)

I pledge to rediscover me! To enjoy me! To be on the path to develop the best me, spiritually,physically, emotionally, artistically, intellectually. I pulled out my book "Daring To Be Yourself". It does take courage to be yourself.....Courage means feeling the fear and doing it any way.
