I'm going to continue this a bit longer, it seems like I need at least 3 or 4 nights of good sleep before it starts afecting my energy levels. Stress also seems to cause my self-esteem to tank- THAT was not something I expected.

Alright I am in!!! I have been a member of Spark for along time now. But my ability to stick with it has always been a struggle. My self-motivation isn't always my best quality!! On your start page, under "My Tools" (the orange column) is the infamous 'Weigh In' button. If you click that, you can see that you can also track Energy Level, Stress Level, Sleep Quality & Self-Esteem Level. If they do not show up, click the ADD/CHANGE WHAT YOU MEASURE button at the top.

This week, let's try tracking these things as well and see if our exercise and eating habits affect these things, or the other way around. If we can see that our sleep quality affects our munchies, or exercising affects our self-esteem- we can find more benefits to stay on track!

Post here so that we can motivate each other and learn from what we are doing, daily!
