You guys are my heroes!!! Thank you for the inspiration. I HAVE NO EXCUSES THIS MONTH!!!! I lost 4 pounds last month-I'm going to try for 5 this month emoticon I am going to continue to exercise regularly and continue to track my food. I need to do better with my water drinking-and I will!

I have signed up for the Holiday challenge, but thought it would be good to be accountable here as well.

My goals for November are...

1. to continue to track my food with the nutrition tracker EVERY day no matter how busy I get.

2. to continue to drink at least 8 glasses of water EVERY day and to track it with the nutrition tracker.

3. to exercise at least 4X a week and track it with the fitness tracker. I will schedule this into my day so that I have NO excuse not to follow through.

4. I will be gentle with myself if for any reason I am unable to follow through with my plans on any given day due to life happening.

For me, the exercise will be the biggest challenge. I have done really well with the other goals so far, and I have started to become more consistent with the exercise so I think this will be a great way to get me on track!

Hi all,
1. I plan to stick to my calorie range for the whole month, but allow up to 2 days a week of excuses if I'm out (there's a few celebrations coming up where it might be a stretch!).
2. I'm going to track every day, especially if I have to go out.
3. I'm going to drink 8 glasses of water a day.
4. I will do some exercise daily.
OK that should do it for now, cheers,
emoticon

Let's go team! My goal is to exercise (strength, cardio or both) at least 5 days a week, maintain my calorie intake goals (1200-1600)at least 6 days a week. Which means taking control of my calorie intake and exercising during the weekend and for thanksgiving!

We can get through this!

I joined the challenge. I posted this on the channel page, but I want to post it here too. My goal for the whole month of November is to stay within my calorie range at least six days of the week, and if I have to- to only miss two days of scheduled exercise (at the most) for the whole month! I missed a few days of exercise this month, but the problem was that they were all in a row. :/

This will be a place for everyone to discuss and celebrate successes and struggles alike during the coming Holiday months. Make each day the best it can be, one moment and one choice at a time.... trust that you will be glad you did, and can't afford not to take the time to do so! Best of luck everyone...keep that focus STRONG, and you will come out STRONGER!!!
