Congrats to all of those who stuck with the challenge for the entire week. I was excited to see that 38 people signed up for this challenge, but sad to say that only 6 team members actually tracked for the entire week! Great! Last week I just focused on tracking my meals and exercise. Today I spent a great deal of time and money buying food from our shopping list. Two things I discovered. One my shopping cart looked like a real healthy person's! Secondly I understand the benefits of having food that is easy and quick to eat in your house, less need to buy fast food. Sounds simple but new to me. Thank you Sparks.

No better time than the present team to jump right in and start making positive changes in those eating habits!

For the next 7 days we will track one basic component to striving for better health. As we all know, eating more fruits and veggies fill us up while consuming less calories, providing nutrients our bodies need to perform basic tasks. With so many benefits why would we not want to make them the star of our every meal!

Our goal for the next week will be to strive for 5 servings per day. Try to get a rainbow of freggies in as each one provides different essential vitamins and minerals! Remember to track them in the Nutrition tracker... you would hate to see pounds fall off and not know what you did to achieve results... tracking is just as important as consuming!

The person who has the most Freggies consumed and tracked (combination of the two totals) will receive recognition with a sparkgoodie on their page! Who will it be.... let the challenge begin!!!
