This post will give me 30,000 SparkPoints and Level 15. It also gave me so much more in this community as I posted in my blog last night! I will also celebrate my 9 month SparkPeople anniversary in two days. (July 16) Oh, and I weigh 171.5 today! Thank God! Positive Waves, Baby!

I wish I'd paid attention to Sparkpoints all along. I think I was here for 3 years before I even figured out what they were. Only then did I start entering food and exercise, and spinning the wheel or reading articles.
