Ok, I am in too! Hopefully we'll get more than the three of us! I'll start figuring out the points - how often will we post? Every Friday then?

I got 75 points yesterday.
10 points for water - for sure 12 cups maybe more
50 points for activity - Cardio Party from Turbo Jam and some evening swimming
10 points for me time - went to bed early and played solitaire on the iPad
5 points for children - swimming with the family

My weigh in day is Friday typically.

I got 40 points yesterday!
10 points for drinking 14 cups of water (I know - That's ridiculous)
30 points for activity (I use my lunch hour to go to the gym)
I almost gave my self 10 more for "me time," but I just sat on the couch fighting the dogs for space while my husband bugged me with a million political Facebook posts and videos... So I've decided it wasn't enjoyable enough to count lol

To clarify "Pounds Lost"
--Let's just consider Friday "weigh-day" (unless you already have a plan in motion using a different day - just use your established day) And we'll consider this week and next week's pounds lost for points :)

I'm an Excel junkie, so I created this spreadsheet to track. I wish I could post the file rather than just an image, but it's quick and easy for me to update as I go. I thought I would share in case it could be helpful for someone else :) Mine is formatted to automatically update totals as I enter. I'd be happy to talk anyone through how to create this if you're interested!

We will start our first monthly challenge in August... Until then, let's do a "race to restart" Mommy to Wowwy!

The goal will be to reach 500 Points!! Here is how you can earn your points (and you are in charge of counting -- Honor system)

10 Points: 8+ Water
10 Points: Per 10 Minutes of Activity (20 Min=20 Pts, 30 Min=30 Pts, Etc)
10 Points: Per 1 Pound Lost
10 Points: Finding 15 minutes for yourself (to enjoy - not do laundry)
5 Point Bonus: Incorporating child(ren) into activity! (Max 1 Bonus Per Day)

Try to report daily, but you won't be DQed if you don't :)
