Blogging is something that many of us use to help keep ourselves on track, You will earn 25 pts for each day that you post a blog. Don’t forget you are still required to post a Weekly Update Blog for 100 pts. This blog MUST include a recap of your week and what you hope to achieve or work on in the coming week. If you do not post the Weekly Update Blog, you will be deducting 50 pts in addition to not getting the points for your daily blogs.

E – Exercise, as always, is key to losing weight and getting healthy. For every minute of cardio you do this week, you will earn 1 pt. For each day that you complete strength training, you will earn 25 pts. You can do it any day you want and as many days as you want.

A – Aqua, representing water this week, is a necessity to keeping your body hydrated, especially in the summer months. For every day that you drink at least 8 glasses of water, you will earn 100 pts. For every glass of caffeinated, sugary, or alcoholic beverages you consume, you will lose 10 pts.

C – Commenting on our various threads helps us keep each other motivated. You will earn 10 pts for each day that you post on our daily chat and fruit chat threads. In addition, you will continue to earn 50 pts for commenting on at least 3 teammates’ SparkPages and blogs.

H – HELP! This week we are going to face our struggles head-on. Each day, list one thing you have struggled with for that particular day. Doing this will earn you 50 pts.

As always, please post only one reply on our Weekly Challenge Thread and update as necessary. If you can, please update daily or every couple of days – I understand this isn’t possible for everyone. Keeping track of all of the points for so many people can be tedious so being able to tally the daily points for each team earlier in the week will make it possible for us to announce the winners earlier in the day on Tuesdays. All points must be updated no later than Monday night in order to be counted. If you do not post any points for your team for the week, you will be eliminated from the challenge for the rest of the month – we have done really good with not losing too many people this month. With the warm weather approaching here in the U.S., we will be using a fun summer word to get us motivated this week – BEACH! Here are your tasks for Week 4 of Jump Into June.

B – Blogging is something that many of us use to help keep ourselves on track, You will earn 25 pts for each day that you post a blog. Don’t forget you are still required to post a Weekly Update Blog for 100 pts. This blog MUST include a recap of your week and what you hope to achieve or work on in the coming week. If you do not post the Weekly Update Blog, you will be deducting 50 pts in addition to not getting the points for your daily blogs.

E – Exercise, as always, is key to losing weight and getting healthy. For every minute of cardio you do this week, you will earn 1 pt. For each day that you complete strength training, you will earn 25 pts. You can do it any day you want and as many days as you want.

A – Aqua, representing water this week, is a necessity to keeping your body hydrated, especially in the summer months. For every day that you drink at least 8 glasses of water, you will earn 100 pts. For every glass of caffeinated, sugary, or alcoholic beverages you consume, you will lose 10 pts.

C – Commenting on our various threads helps us keep each other motivated. You will earn 10 pts for each day that you post on our daily chat and fruit chat threads. In addition, you will continue to earn 50 pts for commenting on at least 3 teammates’ SparkPages and blogs.

H – HELP! This week we are going to face our struggles head-on. Each day, list one thing you have struggled with for that particular day. Doing this will earn you 50 pts.

As always, please post only one reply on our Weekly Challenge Thread and update as necessary. If you can, please update daily or every couple of days – I understand this isn’t possible for everyone. Keeping track of all of the points for so many people can be tedious so being able to tally the daily points for each team earlier in the week will make it possible for us to announce the winners earlier in the day on Tuesdays. All points must be updated no later than Monday night in order to be counted. If you do not post any points for your team for the week, you will be eliminated from the challenge for the rest of the month – we have done really good with not losing too many people this month. B – Blogging is something that many of us use to help keep ourselves on track, You will earn 25 pts for each day that you post a blog. Don’t forget you are still required to post a Weekly Update Blog for 100 pts. This blog MUST include a recap of your week and what you hope to achieve or work on in the coming week. Keeping track of all of the points for so many people can be tedious so being able to tally the daily points for each team earlier in the week will make it possible for us to announce the winners earlier in the day on Tuesdays. Just to clarify - green and other herbal teas will not count as bad beverages as long as you are not adding sweeteners to them. :) I know there is a small amount of caffeine, but because they are herbal they will be allowed.

B – Blogging is something that many of us use to help keep ourselves on track, You will earn 25 pts for each day that you post a blog. With the warm weather approaching here in the U.S., we will be using a fun summer word to get us motivated this week – BEACH! Here are your tasks for Week 4 of Jump Into June.

B – Blogging is something that many of us use to help keep ourselves on track, You will earn 25 pts for each day that you post a blog. Don’t forget you are still required to post a Weekly Update Blog for 100 pts. This blog MUST include a recap of your week and what you hope to achieve or work on in the coming week. B – Blogging is something that many of us use to help keep ourselves on track, You will earn 25 pts for each day that you post a blog. Don’t forget you are still required to post a Weekly Update Blog for 100 pts. This blog MUST include a recap of your week and what you hope to achieve or work on in the coming week. With the warm weather approaching here in the U.S., we will be using a fun summer word to get us motivated this week – BEACH! Here are your tasks for Week 4 of Jump Into June.

B – Blogging is something that many of us use to help keep ourselves on track, You will earn 25 pts for each day that you post a blog. Don’t forget you are still required to post a Weekly Update Blog for 100 pts. This blog MUST include a recap of your week and what you hope to achieve or work on in the coming week. With the warm weather approaching here in the U.S., we will be using a fun summer word to get us motivated this week – BEACH! Here are your tasks for Week 4 of Jump Into June.

B – Blogging is something that many of us use to help keep ourselves on track, You will earn 25 pts for each day that you post a blog. Don’t forget you are still required to post a Weekly Update Blog for 100 pts. This blog MUST include a recap of your week and what you hope to achieve or work on in the coming week. If you do not post the Weekly Update Blog, you will be deducting 50 pts in addition to not getting the points for your daily blogs.

E – Exercise, as always, is key to losing weight and getting healthy. For every minute of cardio you do this week, you will earn 1 pt. For each day that you complete strength training, you will earn 25 pts. You can do it any day you want and as many days as you want.

A – Aqua, representing water this week, is a necessity to keeping your body hydrated, especially in the summer months. For every day that you drink at least 8 glasses of water, you will earn 100 pts. For every glass of caffeinated, sugary, or alcoholic beverages you consume, you will lose 10 pts.

C – Commenting on our various threads helps us keep each other motivated. You will earn 10 pts for each day that you post on our daily chat and fruit chat threads. In addition, you will continue to earn 50 pts for commenting on at least 3 teammates’ SparkPages and blogs.

H – HELP! This week we are going to face our struggles head-on. Each day, list one thing you have struggled with for that particular day. Doing this will earn you 50 pts.

As always, please post only one reply on our Weekly Challenge Thread and update as necessary. If you can, please update daily or every couple of days – I understand this isn’t possible for everyone. Keeping track of all of the points for so many people can be tedious so being able to tally the daily points for each team earlier in the week will make it possible for us to announce the winners earlier in the day on Tuesdays. All points must be updated no later than Monday night in order to be counted. If you do not post any points for your team for the week, you will be eliminated from the challenge for the rest of the month – we have done really good with not losing too many people this month.
