Really earn these points this week by getting 1 point per MINUTE of jogging, walking, or any other cardio!

U: Unwind
As a mommy I know that I'm a control freak and I must get everything done myself. I never ask for help and I make sure that everything is taken care of! I've also heard from MANY of you that you do the same thing. This week make sure to take at least 10 minutes a day to relax and unwind and give yourself some quiet time. Weather it's 10 minutes locked in the bathroom, or after you put the kids to bed, really take the time for yourself and let yourself relax! By doing this you are going to earn yourself 25 points! Stress hinders weight loss, so you need to unwind and de-stress!

M: Motivation
As leaders we know that it's our job to help keep everyone motivated. You are going to help us do this, this week! On your tracker you will post one motivational quote each day, to motivate yourself and the others on this team! This will also be worth 25 points.

P: Participation!
You know this is a big thing here at Mommy to Wowwy! Same participation rules as always:
Daily Chat = 10 points
Fruit Team Chat = 10 points
Daily Blog = 25 points
Posting on a minimum of 3 Mommy's pages or blogs per day = 50 points

Hey Girls,

I will probably not be able to do any posting for the rest of the week for this challenge. One of my friends shot himself late Monday evening. Waiting for word of funeral currently. Just wanted to let everyone know what was going on. Will be back and ready for week 4 though.

U: Unwind
As a mommy I know that I'm a control freak and I must get everything done myself. I never ask for help and I make sure that everything is taken care of! I've also heard from MANY of you that you do the same thing. This week make sure to take at least 10 minutes a day to relax and unwind and give yourself some quiet time. Weather it's 10 minutes locked in the bathroom, or after you put the kids to bed, really take the time for yourself and let yourself relax! By doing this you are going to earn yourself 25 points! Stress hinders weight loss, so you need to unwind and de-stress!

M: Motivation
As leaders we know that it's our job to help keep everyone motivated. You are going to help us do this, this week! On your tracker you will post one motivational quote each day, to motivate yourself and the others on this team! This will also be worth 25 points.

Really earn these points this week by getting 1 point per MINUTE of jogging, walking, or any other cardio!

U: Unwind
As a mommy I know that I'm a control freak and I must get everything done myself. I never ask for help and I make sure that everything is taken care of! I've also heard from MANY of you that you do the same thing. This week make sure to take at least 10 minutes a day to relax and unwind and give yourself some quiet time. Weather it's 10 minutes locked in the bathroom, or after you put the kids to bed, really take the time for yourself and let yourself relax! By doing this you are going to earn yourself 25 points! Stress hinders weight loss, so you need to unwind and de-stress!

M: Motivation
As leaders we know that it's our job to help keep everyone motivated. You are going to help us do this, this week! On your tracker you will post one motivational quote each day, to motivate yourself and the others on this team! This will also be worth 25 points.

Really earn these points this week by getting 1 point per MINUTE of jogging, walking, or any other cardio!

U: Unwind
As a mommy I know that I'm a control freak and I must get everything done myself. I never ask for help and I make sure that everything is taken care of! I've also heard from MANY of you that you do the same thing. This week make sure to take at least 10 minutes a day to relax and unwind and give yourself some quiet time. Weather it's 10 minutes locked in the bathroom, or after you put the kids to bed, really take the time for yourself and let yourself relax! By doing this you are going to earn yourself 25 points! Stress hinders weight loss, so you need to unwind and de-stress!

M: Motivation
As leaders we know that it's our job to help keep everyone motivated. You are going to help us do this, this week! On your tracker you will post one motivational quote each day, to motivate yourself and the others on this team! This will also be worth 25 points.

P: Participation!
You know this is a big thing here at Mommy to Wowwy! Same participation rules as always:

Really earn these points this week by getting 1 point per MINUTE of jogging, walking, or any other cardio!

U: Unwind
As a mommy I know that I'm a control freak and I must get everything done myself. I never ask for help and I make sure that everything is taken care of! I've also heard from MANY of you that you do the same thing. This week make sure to take at least 10 minutes a day to relax and unwind and give yourself some quiet time. Weather it's 10 minutes locked in the bathroom, or after you put the kids to bed, really take the time for yourself and let yourself relax! By doing this you are going to earn yourself 25 points! Stress hinders weight loss, so you need to unwind and de-stress!

M: Motivation
As leaders we know that it's our job to help keep everyone motivated. You are going to help us do this, this week! On your tracker you will post one motivational quote each day, to motivate yourself and the others on this team! This will also be worth 25 points.

You know this is a big thing here at Mommy to Wowwy! Same participation rules as always:
