We are going to shoot for getting at least 6 hours of sleep each night. For each night you accomplish this, you will earn 50 points.

P: Participation
- Check in with MOMMY to WOWWY members on our daily chat thread and earn 10 points.
- If you chat with your Fruit Teammates on your appropriate thread, you will earn another 10 points.
- For each day that you post on at least 3 teammate’s blogs or SparkPages you will earn 50 points.
- You will continue to earn 25 points for posting your own blog daily. The mandatory weekly update blog is still in effect. This blog must be posted on Friday or Saturday and include a recap of your week and what you hope to accomplish in the following week. You will earn 100 points for posting this blog or lose 50 points for failing to do so.

A: Activity
- For every 100 calories you burn from cardio according to SP, you will earn 50 points.
- We will continue to do strength 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for 50 points each day that you do 5 or more exercises.

R: Run or Walk
-For every mile that you run or walk, you will earn 25 points. These miles can be done outdoors, on a treadmill, or on an elliptical.

K: Kids
- Earn 100 points for turning off the video games, tv, computer, etc. and hanging out with your kids for at least 15 minutes.

Miles are not been tallied for the entire week. This means that if you walk/run 2.25 miles one day and 3.75 miles the next day, you will not get credit for 6 miles. You would get credit for 2 miles the first day and 3 the next day. Sorry if there was any confusion. As always, we are tallying up points daily!

S: Sleep
We are going to shoot for getting at least 6 hours of sleep each night. For each night you accomplish this, you will earn 50 points.

P: Participation
- Check in with MOMMY to WOWWY members on our daily chat thread and earn 10 points.
- If you chat with your Fruit Teammates on your appropriate thread, you will earn another 10 points.
- For each day that you post on at least 3 teammate’s blogs or SparkPages you will earn 50 points.
- You will continue to earn 25 points for posting your own blog daily. The mandatory weekly update blog is still in effect. This blog must be posted on Friday or Saturday and include a recap of your week and what you hope to accomplish in the following week. You will earn 100 points for posting this blog or lose 50 points for failing to do so.

A: Activity
- For every 100 calories you burn from cardio according to SP, you will earn 50 points.
- We will continue to do strength 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for 50 points each day that you do 5 or more exercises.

As MOMMYs, we all know that it is rare that we can actually get 8 hours of sleep every night. We are going to shoot for getting at least 6 hours of sleep each night. This week we will earn points for calories burned rather than the number of minutes we exercise. For every 100 calories you burn from cardio according to SP, you will earn 50 points.
- We will continue to do strength 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for 50 points each day that you do 5 or more exercises.

- Since it is almost officially summertime (according to the calendar that is), we recommend that everyone get out and enjoy a good run or walk. Steps counted on the pedometer for the day do not count toward these miles.

K: Kids
- Everyone on the MOMMY to WOWWY Team has kids. For this part of the challenge, we are going to spend some quality time with our kids. Earn 100 points for turning off the video games, tv, computer, etc. and hanging out with your kids for at least 15 minutes. We know that sometimes our kids go away during summer vacation from school. If your kids are gone this week, you can earn your points by having a phone conversation with them or writing and mailing them a letter or postcard (remember, email doesn�t count since we�re turning the computer off).

- Everyone on the MOMMY to WOWWY Team has kids. For this part of the challenge, we are going to spend some quality time with our kids. Earn 100 points for turning off the video games, tv, computer, etc. and hanging out with your kids for at least 15 minutes. We know that sometimes our kids go away during summer vacation from school. If your kids are gone this week, you can earn your points by having a phone conversation with them or writing and mailing them a letter or postcard (remember, email doesn�t count since we�re turning the computer off).

- We all know that sleep is an essential part of our fitness routine. It is necessary in order for our bodies to properly recover after our day is done. As MOMMYs, we all know that it�s rare that we can actually get 8 hours of sleep every night. We are going to shoot for getting at least 6 hours of sleep each night. For each night you accomplish this, you will earn 50 points.

S: Sleep
We are going to shoot for getting at least 6 hours of sleep each night. For each night you accomplish this, you will earn 50 points.

P: Participation
- Check in with MOMMY to WOWWY members on our daily chat thread and earn 10 points.
- If you chat with your Fruit Teammates on your appropriate thread, you will earn another 10 points.
- For each day that you post on at least 3 teammate’s blogs or SparkPages you will earn 50 points.
- You will continue to earn 25 points for posting your own blog daily. The mandatory weekly update blog is still in effect. This blog must be posted on Friday or Saturday and include a recap of your week and what you hope to accomplish in the following week. You will earn 100 points for posting this blog or lose 50 points for failing to do so.

A: Activity
- For every 100 calories you burn from cardio according to SP, you will earn 50 points.
- We will continue to do strength 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for 50 points each day that you do 5 or more exercises.

S: Sleep
- We all know that sleep is an essential part of our fitness routine. It is necessary in order for our bodies to properly recover after our day is done. As MOMMYs, we all know that it’s rare that we can actually get 8 hours of sleep every night. We are going to shoot for getting at least 6 hours of sleep each night. For each night you accomplish this, you will earn 50 points.

P: Participation
- Participate in our Jump Into June Challenge to your fullest by helping to motivate your teammates and yourself. Check in with MOMMY to WOWWY members on our daily chat thread and earn 10 points.
- If you chat with your Fruit Teammates on your appropriate thread, you will earn another 10 points.
- For each day that you post on at least 3 teammate’s blogs or SparkPages you will earn 50 points.
- You will continue to earn 25 points for posting your own blog daily. The mandatory weekly update blog is still in effect. This blog must be posted on Friday or Saturday and include a recap of your week and what you hope to accomplish in the following week. You will earn 100 points for posting this blog or lose 50 points for failing to do so.

- Activity is essential to losing weight. Don’t forget that it’s not always about the number of minutes you do, but about the calories you burn while doing it. - We will continue to do strength 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for 50 points each day that you do 5 or more exercises.

- Since it’s almost officially summertime (according to the calendar that is), we recommend that everyone get out and enjoy a good run or walk. For every mile that you run or walk, you will earn 25 points. These miles can be done outdoors, on a treadmill, or on an elliptical. Steps counted on the pedometer for the day do not count toward these miles.

K: Kids
- Everyone on the MOMMY to WOWWY Team has kids. For this part of the challenge, we are going to spend some quality time with our kids. Earn 100 points for turning off the video games, tv, computer, etc. and hanging out with your kids for at least 15 minutes. We know that sometimes our kids go away during summer vacation from school. If your kids are gone this week, you can earn your points by having a phone conversation with them or writing and mailing them a letter or postcard (remember, email doesn’t count since we’re turning the computer off).

S: Sleep
- We all know that sleep is an essential part of our fitness routine. It is necessary in order for our bodies to properly recover after our day is done. As MOMMYs, we all know that it’s rare that we can actually get 8 hours of sleep every night. We are going to shoot for getting at least 6 hours of sleep each night. For each night you accomplish this, you will earn 50 points.

P: Participation
- Participate in our Jump Into June Challenge to your fullest by helping to motivate your teammates and yourself. Check in with MOMMY to WOWWY members on our daily chat thread and earn 10 points.
- If you chat with your Fruit Teammates on your appropriate thread, you will earn another 10 points.
- For each day that you post on at least 3 teammate’s blogs or SparkPages you will earn 50 points.
- You will continue to earn 25 points for posting your own blog daily. The mandatory weekly update blog is still in effect. This blog must be posted on Friday or Saturday and include a recap of your week and what you hope to accomplish in the following week. You will earn 100 points for posting this blog or lose 50 points for failing to do so.

A: Activity
- Activity is essential to losing weight. Don’t forget that it’s not always about the number of minutes you do, but about the calories you burn while doing it. This week we will earn points for calories burned rather than the number of minutes we exercise. For every 100 calories you burn from cardio according to SP, you will earn 50 points.
- We will continue to do strength 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for 50 points each day that you do 5 or more exercises.

R: Run or Walk
- Since it’s almost officially summertime (according to the calendar that is), we recommend that everyone get out and enjoy a good run or walk. For every mile that you run or walk, you will earn 25 points. These miles can be done outdoors, on a treadmill, or on an elliptical. Steps counted on the pedometer for the day do not count toward these miles.

K: Kids
- Everyone on the MOMMY to WOWWY Team has kids. For this part of the challenge, we are going to spend some quality time with our kids. Earn 100 points for turning off the video games, tv, computer, etc. and hanging out with your kids for at least 15 minutes. We know that sometimes our kids go away during summer vacation from school. If your kids are gone this week, you can earn your points by having a phone conversation with them or writing and mailing them a letter or postcard (remember, email doesn’t count since we’re turning the computer off).

This week we will SPARK it up! Some of the goals are the same as what we had in Week 1. We have also had a couple of goals that have been changed up a bit.

S: Sleep
- We all know that sleep is an essential part of our fitness routine. It is necessary in order for our bodies to properly recover after our day is done. As MOMMYs, we all know that it’s rare that we can actually get 8 hours of sleep every night. We are going to shoot for getting at least 6 hours of sleep each night. For each night you accomplish this, you will earn 50 points.

P: Participation
- Participate in our Jump Into June Challenge to your fullest by helping to motivate your teammates and yourself. Check in with MOMMY to WOWWY members on our daily chat thread and earn 10 points.
- If you chat with your Fruit Teammates on your appropriate thread, you will earn another 10 points.
- For each day that you post on at least 3 teammate’s blogs or SparkPages you will earn 50 points.
- You will continue to earn 25 points for posting your own blog daily. The mandatory weekly update blog is still in effect. This blog must be posted on Friday or Saturday and include a recap of your week and what you hope to accomplish in the following week. You will earn 100 points for posting this blog or lose 50 points for failing to do so.

A: Activity
- Activity is essential to losing weight. Don’t forget that it’s not always about the number of minutes you do, but about the calories you burn while doing it. This week we will earn points for calories burned rather than the number of minutes we exercise. For every 100 calories you burn from cardio according to SP, you will earn 50 points.
- We will continue to do strength 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for 50 points each day that you do 5 or more exercises.

R: Run or Walk
- Since it’s almost officially summertime (according to the calendar that is), we recommend that everyone get out and enjoy a good run or walk. For every mile that you run or walk, you will earn 25 points. These miles can be done outdoors, on a treadmill, or on an elliptical. Steps counted on the pedometer for the day do not count toward these miles.

K: Kids
- Everyone on the MOMMY to WOWWY Team has kids. For this part of the challenge, we are going to spend some quality time with our kids. Earn 100 points for turning off the video games, tv, computer, etc. and hanging out with your kids for at least 15 minutes. We know that sometimes our kids go away during summer vacation from school. If your kids are gone this week, you can earn your points by having a phone conversation with them or writing and mailing them a letter or postcard (remember, email doesn’t count since we’re turning the computer off).

This week we will SPARK it up! Some of the goals are the same as what we had in Week 1. We have also had a couple of goals that have been changed up a bit.

S: Sleep
- We all know that sleep is an essential part of our fitness routine. It is necessary in order for our bodies to properly recover after our day is done. As MOMMYs, we all know that it’s rare that we can actually get 8 hours of sleep every night. We are going to shoot for getting at least 6 hours of sleep each night. For each night you accomplish this, you will earn 50 points.

- Participate in our Jump Into June Challenge to your fullest by helping to motivate your teammates and yourself. Check in with MOMMY to WOWWY members on our daily chat thread and earn 10 points.
- If you chat with your Fruit Teammates on your appropriate thread, you will earn another 10 points.
- For each day that you post on at least 3 teammate’s blogs or SparkPages you will earn 50 points.
- You will continue to earn 25 points for posting your own blog daily. The mandatory weekly update blog is still in effect. This blog must be posted on Friday or Saturday and include a recap of your week and what you hope to accomplish in the following week. - Everyone on the MOMMY to WOWWY Team has kids. For this part of the challenge, we are going to spend some quality time with our kids. Earn 100 points for turning off the video games, tv, computer, etc. and hanging out with your kids for at least 15 minutes. We know that sometimes our kids go away during summer vacation from school. If your kids are gone this week, you can earn your points by having a phone conversation with them or writing and mailing them a letter or postcard (remember, email doesn’t count since we’re turning the computer off).

S: Sleep
We are going to shoot for getting at least 6 hours of sleep each night. For each night you accomplish this, you will earn 50 points.

P: Participation
- Check in with MOMMY to WOWWY members on our daily chat thread and earn 10 points.
- If you chat with your Fruit Teammates on your appropriate thread, you will earn another 10 points.
- For each day that you post on at least 3 teammate’s blogs or SparkPages you will earn 50 points.
- You will continue to earn 25 points for posting your own blog daily. The mandatory weekly update blog is still in effect. This blog must be posted on Friday or Saturday and include a recap of your week and what you hope to accomplish in the following week. This week we will SPARK it up! Some of the goals are the same as what we had in Week 1. We have also had a couple of goals that have been changed up a bit.

S: Sleep emoticon
- We all know that sleep is an essential part of our fitness routine. It is necessary in order for our bodies to properly recover after our day is done. As MOMMYs, we all know that it’s rare that we can actually get 8 hours of sleep every night. We are going to shoot for getting at least 6 hours of sleep each night. For each night you accomplish this, you will earn 50 points.

P: Participation emoticon
- Participate in our Jump Into June Challenge to your fullest by helping to motivate your teammates and yourself. Check in with MOMMY to WOWWY members on our daily chat thread and earn 10 points.
- If you chat with your Fruit Teammates on your appropriate thread, you will earn another 10 points.

- Activity is essential to losing weight. Don’t forget that it’s not always about the number of minutes you do, but about the calories you burn while doing it. This week we will earn points for calories burned rather than the number of minutes we exercise. For every 100 calories you burn from cardio according to SP, you will earn 50 points.
- We will continue to do strength 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for 50 points each day that you do 5 or more exercises.

- Since it’s almost officially summertime (according to the calendar that is), we recommend that everyone get out and enjoy a good run or walk.
