WOW! What a first week it was... the points have been added and here are the standings for Week 1 based on team averages:

Sexy Strawberries - 715 pts
Luscious Lemons - 644 pts
Marvelous Mangos - 559 pts
Awesome Avocados - 537 pts
Kickin Kiwi - 516 pts

Averages were based on the number of players you had for your team specifically (Avocados - 11, Kiwi - 13, Lemons - 13, Mangos - 12, Strawberries - 13). There were several people who signed up for this challenge but never posted anything at all for the challenge. That means they had 0 points in addition to the 50 point deduction for not doing the Weekly Update Blog. There were a couple of people whose Weekly Update Blog I actually saw and read but they never posted anything on the tracker, therefore their points could not be counted. Those who did not participate have now been eliminated from the challenge for the remainder of the month. This also means they will not be able to bring your team's average down for the remaining weeks.

In addition, a few of you posted points at the beginning of the week but never updated it when the week was over. This means you got 0 points for the days not updated with one exception: If you posted the Weekly Update blog, you still received the credit for those points. If you are going to be unavailable over the weekend to do the Weekly Update Blog for some reason, please let me know in advance - we can make arrangements for you to do it early under those conditions. It cannot be done late since the week starts over on Sunday.

Overall, the numbers for Week 1 were awesome! You ladies are really kicking butt and should be proud of yourselves!!!

T: Track your food
- For each day that you track your food (using whatever program it is that you follow normally), you will earn 25 pts.
- If you stay within your designated calorie range, you will earn 50 pts.

E: Exercise
- Here on the MOMMY to WOWWY Bootcamp team, we don’t push for you to do strength training everyday. We’re going to start off June by shooting for 2 days this week (Wednesday and Friday). For each day that you complete at least 5 exercises, you will earn 50 pts.
- Completing cardio is the best way to burn that fat. Earn 30 pts for the first 30 mins of cardio you complete each day. Every additional 15 mins will get you an extra 10 pts.

A: Attitude
- The way we react to the environment around us and the situations we face. Earn 25 pts for each day that you post a blog about your day.
- Part of the monthly challenges is that we REQUIRE a weekly update blog. On Friday or Saturday you should post a blog about your triumphs and tribulations for the week. You should also include the things you hope to achieve in the coming week. This blog will earn you 100 pts. Failure to post this blog will result in a 50 pt penalty. (** If you have your SparkPage set to private, you will need to add ALIHUTCH078 and JAMIECARDER as friends… we do review the weekly update blogs and need to be able to see yours in order for you to get the points!**)

M: Motivation
- Since we are doing this challenge as part of a team, we want to help motivate each other. Post on your Fruit Team thread for 10 pts each day.
- Participate in the MOMMY to WOWWY Daily Chat for 10 pts each day.
- If you post on 3 or more MOMMY to WOWWY teammate’s pages or blogs each day, you will earn 50 pts.

Remember that you should post only one reply on the thread. To update your points, simply use the “edit my post” button at the bottom of your original reply. Week 1 will end on Saturday, June 4th. June Challenge – Week 1

Since we are starting on the 1st, this first week will be a short one. For June we’re going to change things up a bit. Since this is a team challenge, we’re going to focus on TEAM this week. This will be similar to the goals we had for Magnificent May, but set up a little differently.

Challenge – Week 1

Since we are starting on the 1st, this first week will be a short one. For June we’re going to change things up a bit. Since this is a team challenge, we’re going to focus on TEAM this week. This will be similar to the goals we had for Magnificent May, but set up a little differently.

T: Track your food
- For each day that you track your food (using whatever program it is that you follow normally), you will earn 25 pts.
- If you stay within your designated calorie range, you will earn 50 pts.

E: Exercise
- Here on the MOMMY to WOWWY Bootcamp team, we don’t push for you to do strength training everyday. We’re going to start off June by shooting for 3 days this week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). For each day that you complete at least 5 exercises, you will earn 50 pts.
- Completing cardio is the best way to burn that fat. Earn 30 pts for the first 30 mins of cardio you complete each day. Every additional 15 mins will get you an extra 10 pts.

A: Attitude
- The way we react to the environment around us and the situations we face. Earn 25 pts for each day that you post a blog about your day.
- Part of the monthly challenges is that we REQUIRE a weekly update blog. On Friday or Saturday you should post a blog about your triumphs and tribulations for the week. You should also include the things you hope to achieve in the coming week. This blog will earn you 100 pts. Failure to post this blog will result in a 50 pt penalty. - For each day that you track your food (using whatever program it is that you follow normally), you will earn 25 pts.

E: Exercise
- Here on the MOMMY to WOWWY Bootcamp team, we don’t push for you to do strength training everyday. We’re going to start off June by shooting for 3 days this week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). For each day that you complete at least 5 exercises, you will earn 50 pts.
- Completing cardio is the best way to burn that fat. Earn 30 pts for the first 30 mins of cardio you complete each day. Every additional 15 mins will get you an extra 10 pts.

A: Attitude
- The way we react to the environment around us and the situations we face. Earn 25 pts for each day that you post a blog about your day.
- Part of the monthly challenges is that we REQUIRE a weekly update blog. On Friday or Saturday you should post a blog about your triumphs and tribulations for the week. June Challenge � Week 1

Since we are starting on the 1st, this first week will be a short one. For June we�re going to change things up a bit. Since this is a team challenge, we�re going to focus on TEAM this week. This will be similar to the goals we had for Magnificent May, but set up a little differently.

June Challenge – Week 1

Since we are starting on the 1st, this first week will be a short one. For June we’re going to change things up a bit. Since this is a team challenge, we’re going to focus on TEAM this week. This will be similar to the goals we had for Magnificent May, but set up a little differently.
