Well, the November challenge is over. I hope that you have been encouraged to do more. With December being a very busy month for everyone I hope you still find time for working out. Lets not forget what December is all about so the next challenge will be spending time in the Word.

11/30 Walked on treadmill
11/29 did some heavy cleaning and moving Christmas decorations
11/27 walking

Friday walking watching tv
Saturday walked 1 hour
Sunday cleaned house and mulitiple trips up and down the stairs.

Monday-Zumba video 15 out of 45 minutes then did a different work out for 15 more minutes
Wednesday- Zumba 20 out of 45 minutes then did a different work out for 15 more minutes
Thursday - walked in front of tv for 30 minutes

A local town (Waynesville, Ohio) had their Christmas Open House. I went with a friend and we walked all over the town going in the different shops. I count that as exercise.

I am glad I made this challenge. I did not want to work out today but I knew that I would need to report on here so I did my work out.

I did an excercise video of walking kickbox for 45 minutes

Ok team here is where you will post starting Nov. 1. Track every day you do some form of physical activity. Strive for at least 3 days a week. If you already do that then strive for 5 days a week.
