Saturday we went for a walk with hubby and dog. We walked 2.5 miles and then today I went and hit golf balls in the back yard. Also took a lot of stuff down to the basement. I am getting back on track with exercise.

Today was my 4th consecutive day at the gym once more. Plan to be there tomorrow and Saturday too.

I am not skilled to understand what GOD has willed what GOD has planned I only know at his right hand stands one who is my SAVIOR

Hey there,
Today was my fourth day in a row at the gym. I am working on getting my endurance on the elliptical back. Got 20 minutes in today. I am also back to lifting daily.
Tonight I went for a walk for half hour with my husband!
Feeling like I am moving forward.
