I need to get back to exercising, so my goal is going to be small, at least for now. I'll go with 500 minutes for the month. I was going to choose a lower number until I remembered that I THINK 500 minutes is the least amount of minutes we can have and get a Spark Trophy for the month. So, for want of a Fitness Spark Trophy, emoticon , I'll make 500 minutes my goal!
