Hey everyone, its a been a couple weeks since i have been here due to everyone getting sick at my house. It started with the kids and then me and then my husband but i am back at work and ready to go again. I am going to work hard this week and hopefully see some amazing results.

Well team.... time to touch base again. I've been really struggling the last 2 weeks. I have not lost any lbs and I feel like I am working hard. 4 workouts a week and I am tracking my food. But I guess it has been the few "splurges" in the last few weeks. My kids bday party (a glass of wine turned into 3) the superbowl (with may too much junky food in my reach).
So here is to getting back on track and having an eventless weekend. Hopefully a better weigh in next week.

PS: with my new gym membership I got my body fat measured. Uggh much worst than I had ever imagined. My trainer looked at it twice and said "huhh we'll measure you again next week" Almost in the obese category and I my BMI is a healthy 22
Now does that make any sense.... other than I am frightfully out of shape.

I had a great weigh in and am feeling good this week. Gym memberships are great...good for you! I take Zumba class a few times a week at my gym...so much fun! Have a great weekend!

Great news julie! It's great to see how motivaed you are! I keep eating at the high end or a little over my daily caloric range. Add that to not being super active this week due to a stupid cold and the scale is not budging! argh! Well I am committed to seeing a change on the scale next weigh in! Not doing too bad here. I am down a pound and am going to kick it up a notch this next week to see more weight come off. Hope everyone is staying motivated. I usually lost control on the weekends too but now i count my calories everyday....even on the weekend. If i want a treat i make sure i have enough calories left at the end of the day to have it, or do more exercise to burn that treat off!

Frustrated this week with the lack of results. I tend to do really well during the week and just totally lost control on the weekend! I don't usually track my food on the weekends. I guess that would be okay if I didn't want to lose any weight.
Hoping I can keep myself in check this weekend.

I had a bit of an indulgent weekend myself, but got back on track today, as well. I started the Chalene Extreme workout today, and it was great! I discovered that I'm stronger than I thought, because I need heavier weights next time. So that feels good. Then I decided to clean out my "junk room", and worked on that for about 3 hours. Now I'm pooped! lol

Hi Team!
My name is Lisa - I am 34 yrs old, with an 8 yr old son and a 4 yr old daughter. I've been married for 9 yrs. Before I had kids, I was one of those people who could eat whatever they wanted and not gain any weight. I think that is what makes losing weight now so hard for me. BUT I am determined to get rid of this excess weight, most of which is in my stomach and makes me look like I am still pregnant!!! I am also going through a rocky spot in my marriage right now, we may end up separating, so that has caused a great deal of stress for me lately, which of course, leads to more eating!!!

Hi, my name is Annie, and I have 4 kids. 3 boys ages 13, 8, and 5, and an 11 year old daughter. I was somewhat overweight when I got married, and through all the pregnancies and stress/emotional eating, I gained 60 lbs. I separated from my husband in July of 2009, and since then the stress eating has decreased tremendously. I've lost about 42 lbs since then, but now I'm at a standstill. I'm going to have to start exercising and really working to get the rest of the weight off. I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone and helping each other along the way!

Hi all,

I'm a mommy of 2 cute little peanuts. Two girls one 19 months one is four today! So that means cake! I think I've gone the smart route though - mini cupcakes, that way no one can get overloaded with sugar - and any leftovers can go to my daughter's school.

Anyway, weighing in at 134.4 lbs - not here to lose weight, just want to keep up a healthy lifesty and lately hitting the gym isn't happening. So here's to having to report in on keeping me honest. If I happen to gain a little muscle, I would be completely okay with that. So I guess a goal weight for the end of February might be 139 lbs.

Hello! My name's Katie and I have a little boy who's 18 months old now. I can't blame him at all for any of my weight gain because the weight I gained during the pregnancy, I lost as soon as he popped out. I didn't gain much when I was pregnant. Maybe I had plenty of fat stores for him to feed off of already. ^_^ lol I've been overweight since I was a child and became obese early on in college. However, I took semi-charge of my life and lost about 60lbs or so and stabilized at 175lbs for a few years. But then my eating was out of control after I gave birth and I drifted back into obesity.

Thankfully Spark has already helped me lose the weight I gained, but I had still gained weight before the pregnancy and I'd like to get back down to what I used to be so I can move on to getting down to where I'd like to be.

Right now I'm at 181.8lbs (figures that as soon as you give up and take a break from worrying about your weight, you lose a few lbs - no complaints here though). My goal for this challenge is to get down to 175lbs. I lose weight extremely slowly these days but hopefully I can manage this.

Hi my name is Trish
I'm an mommy with 2 kids 6 and 4 and I can't blame my kids for my weight gain either since I managed to get back down to my pre-baby weight after each pregnancy. I can only blame myself - I am 15 pounds above my ideal weight and it has been slowing creaping on since I returned to work 3 years ago. At this rate I will be obese by 45. emoticon

I'm really having a hard time staying motivated. I start something every few months and never stick to it. This time will be different. I'm working hard at making time for me these days.

Hi there! My name is April. I have two children, my daughter is 5 and my son is 2. As much as I would love to "blame" my weight gain on pregnancy, I really can't. I have been overweight far longer. I actually am down lower than I was when I got pregnant with my first. I have a ways to go...but that's why I am here. I have lost 20 pounds with Sparkpeople and I am ADDICTED!! Hi everyone, I am Julie and have two kids, one girl 6 years old and one boy, 2 1/2 years old. I am at my heaviest which was 170 on the 3rd of january and since then have lost 3 pounds. I can't wait to weigh in again tomorrow because i have been doing so good with my eating...i just need help getting the motivation to exercise as well. I know I can do this, but it's a lot easier to have people behind me encouraging me....Let's do it!!!

Hello, my name is Larisa and I have two girls 4 and 2 and a half. I was 125 when I got married and gained lots when I got pregnant. After delivery I got to 155 and gained pounds to 165 and got pregnant again. After my second delivery I was almost 165 and just gained weight and now for over a year my weight are 170-180 jumping up and down. I would love to be 140 at least but my husband don't mind me to be 155. So I have not a lot to loose but it is very hard to do it. Hopefully we will have all of our encouragement here and loose the weight together. Lets get together and do this once and forever. Hope to meet everyone closer.
