Coconut Oil is GREAT! There is also this research out there about how it affects your body. Basically, your body does not treat it like other fats. It is made up of Medium Chain Fatty Acids- which is treated more like a carb. Your body uses it right away for energy rather than as a fat for storage.

She answers questions like:
1. What is the most common misconception about calories?
2. Suppose someone has cut calories, but still hits a plateau. Is it possible that she may need to eat more calories to lose weight?
3. How many calories do people need to eat?
4. Why do people still need to get calories from carbs? Canít more protein make up for it?
5. What rule of thumb should be used in allocating calories?

Many people say that weight loss is more about diet than exercise. I use the term "diet" loosely-simply to mean the food you eat.

Nutrition is VITAL to your goals, so please post any articles you come across or ideas/thoughts/comments here!
