I set a goal of walking 6 days a week and not the 5 I have been walking. I walk 40 to 50 minutes daily. I notice a big difference when I am not able to walk each morning. emoticon

That is entirely up to you but I think you could do at least 15 minutes of walking daily without harming yourself.

It will be nice to have a cheerleader cheering for us though! Thanks for that!

I have debated joining. I think I am going to need to pass this month.

I have a long distance race on Nov. 22 and I am suppose to be decreasing my mileage running/walking rather than increasing. After Nov. 22, I will be recovering.

I will peak in from time to time and cheer from the sidelines. Go Team! emoticon

Happy November!

The new Monthly challenge for November will be to set a walking goal for yourself for the month. Do your best to make it a challenge! If you normally walk 1 mile a day then set the goal for 1.5 miles a day. Post your weekly miles on the team thread for the monthly challenge.
