I didn't do so great on my goal. The majority of the time, I hit snooze and stayed in bed for an extra 30 minutes -- stupid, stupid!!! It's not like I went back to sleep.

I'm still working on this "goal" because I want this behavior to be part of my daily living!

Spring is here!! :) So how did you do on your goals??

Here's how I did:

Completed:

~Use my new Mary Kay products I just bought to pamper and care for myself! :)
~Start going to Body Pump two days a week! :)
~Remember to eat consciously! :) (Most of the time! :))

~Make a vision board! :)

Incomplete:

~I will be between 3-8 lbs. lighter!! :) Which will put me at 50-55 lbs. gotten rid of!! :)
~Make a daily and/or weekly checklist, so I can record what I accomplish and remember what I want to accomplish each day and also use it so when I'm being hard on myself for something I haven't done I can see what I have done.

~Celebrate losing 50 lbs.!! :)

I have two major goals:

1. Lose between 3 & 4 lbs.
2. Make it a habit to do all my daily chores before I sit down on the sofa to relax.

My goal is to be in the habit of waking up a little earlier and spending more time on getting myself pulled together for the day.

This is NOT easy for me. I'm still in that love affair with the snooze button. So, I've been lucky to grab a shower, brush my teeth and comb my hair before heading out the door. Considering that I have a 14-month old daughter, I may or may not have boggies, lick or food on my clothes!

So, ultimately, I want to look awesome when i step out of the door in the morning.

Wow! You are doing a ton of stuff! Way to go girl.

As part of a fitness class, we do a fitness test and measure body fat. I would like to exceed my challenge on the fitness part and have decreased body fat. I would like to have some pounds lost but would be satisfied if the body fat decreased.

My bet's on Alice.
