broccoli and cherry tomato salad at lunch and red grapes.

Big red apple for an afternoon snack.

Homemade taco salad for dinner - 2 cups ruby red lettuce topped with bean/meat mixture then topped with diced tomatoes, red bell pepper, scallion, salsa and avocado.

Loving me some fruits and veggies today.

I ate some lettuce and tomatoes the beginning of the week.

When I started out on sp I wasn't tracking the daily 5-9. Now if I don't get at least 5 it's rare. My favorite thing is a large salad.

Last night I had a whole wheat tortilla with turkey, avocado, red bell pepper, tomatoes, spinach and on the side a combo of raspberries and blackberries.

My snack yesterday was greek yogurt/honey with a kiwi and an orange.

Love the fruits and veggies now! I try to eat the rainbow everyday.

YESTERDAY:
For breakast I had a veggie omlet (mushrooms & green peppers).

For lunch, I had a turkey burger yesterday with mushrooms, onions & peppers inside. I also topped it off with some spinach.

TODAY:
For lunch, I had a veggie pizza.

For dinner, I will have shrimp stir fry with an assortment of veggies!

YAY!

Wow, so far we have remembered or started getting our water in and we have practiced supporting each other!! :) You are all doing great! This week let's get in some vegetables!

Here is the challenge for this week:

~Eat veggies everyday. Some of us are at different levels on this. So, if you are eating little to none maybe your goal is to eat atleast 1 serving a day. If you do really well on your veggies, maybe your goal is making sure you get atleast 5 servings in a day. Tell us the veggies you
ate! :)
