lunch: butterhead lettuce from greenhouse, lean ham chopped finely and alfalfa sprouts with ranch dressing

dinner flax muffin, chicken breast roasted and sliced very thin and cranberries whirred in blender with a bit of collgen. to make a sauce over them

Details of today's eating:
8oz water with early morning meds [heart, thyroid and fibro, cranberry for uti prevention]
Breakfast - 1/2Tbsp coconut oil, saute baby spinach, two eggs, dash and onion powder
pint of vanilla caramel black tea with tsp honey to start my day
8oz water with morning meds/supplements [heart, fibro, cal/mag, B12, joints, turmeric, R-ALA, D3, mag malate, multi.vit. ] Hungry today... hmmm - hour to go till lunch ...I think I can....

Lunch cabbage, dark meat turkey, dill relish, dressing 16 oz water
8oz water with mid-day supplements Bcomplex, fish oil, cal/mag, bioten, vit.C, mag.malate
Snack - protein bar

Dinner- chicken breast, cabbage, egg, 1/2 avocado, dressing

Bedtime 8oz water with 4heart meds, supplements cal/meg, joints, mag.malate, D3

middle of night 8oz water with supplements Bcomplex, Fish oil, cal/mag, mag.malate, vit C

Planning to share what I eat each day by meal type and ingredients - PLEASE let me know if you see danger/off plan things that I am not picking up on - this is hard for me to group them into meals. I eat fairly simply and usually in a 10 or less hour eating window so you will hear some Intermittent fasting references and also am purposefully low carb to get my fasting blood sugars lowered out of the pre-diabetic diagnosis.
Breakfast 1/2tbsp coconut oil to saute 1cup fine chopped cabbage, broccoli, scramble in two lg eggs, light sprinkle of fine shredded cheese and Tbsp mayo - [dry mouth needs moisture added to meals so often add a bit of mayo or dressing] I am trying to learn to use a little salsa or sprinkle of vinegar but I LIKE my mayo!!!
Lunch : fresh home grown lettuces, thin sliced chicken breast, dill relish, diluted blue cheese dressing, Keto choco pancake, applesauce
Dinner plan - avocado, tomato, mayo, gr beef Salad mix, dressing........

Lunch - grabbed as going out the door, late for a meeting - pint homemade mocha made with 8 oz coffee, 8oz hot water, protein powder, collagen, truvia, vanilla; one chicken thigh baked with taco seasoning and one half small banana.

Dinner - tired and not interested in food but knew I needed some protein on board for the night so had 2/3cup cottage cheese and 1/2c home frozen tart cherries - Pint of hot tea with saccharine

Lunch - Home from church and groc store
Breast of rotissari cooked chicken, salad of mixed baby greens with chopped walnuts and drizzle of Blue Cheese dressing and vinegar and DASH seasonings. Usual hot tea - after in public I have immune building Tea by Yogi brand with echinacea in it.

Lunch today was delicious home made beef cabbage soup - I actually only ate 1/2 of what I made so will have a reward tomorrow. Then had a commercial protein bar as snack this afternoon. Feeling positive for this week's effort - I had recipe to make chocolate protein bar but no energy...another day!
