Wow 300 minutes!!!! That's awesome,


Day 2----I ran the 10 k distance in 60 minutes. A 12 minute cool down walk. Then 35 minutes on the elliptical, and 35 minutes on a bike. Lets see that's 142 minutes of cardio.
