I click on "favorites" on the cardio page. Ex: I added jazzercise to favorites and then manually add how many min. and how many calories I burned. I wear a heart monitor to know how much I burn during class. Hope that helps. emoticon

Never heard of it but if it get's you up and moving it must be good! :) I was also wondering how you input videos and workouts that aren't in the fitness tracker. I've been going in and manually finding the exercises that were in the video and adding them one by one, but I don't really have time to do that. Anyone know of a better way?

Yeah! Thanks for replying. I'm anxious to get to know people too. Thanks for being there to help. I'm excited. I've started doing a T Tapp workout with a friend this week and love it. It's so much better to do it with someone. T Tapp sounds too good to be true. My friend has done it in the past and has had good results. Have you or anyone in Spark heard of this program? How do I record the 15 Minite Workout on the Fitness Tracker? The first day we worked about two hours on learning the techniques. But by this morning we've gotten the time down to 20-25 minutes.

I've been on my healthy quest since Sept. and have lost 30 pounds and dropped a dress size (probably 2 dress sizes if I was honest about how my size 16's fit).

I'm ready for the Spring Challenge to lose the other 30 pounds so that I can reach my goal of 145 down from a start of 203.

Hi everyone! After some great feedback from our last AMAZING challenge, I've decided to start a new challenge beginning February 1st-March 15th. It's the "getting ready for spring" challenge :) For those of you that DID participate in the challenge last time and would like to stay with the same team members, when you sign up please include your team color beside your name to be placed on the same team. I will be forming 3 larger teams (maybe 4 depending on the sign up number) so several previous teams will be placed together which I believe will work out better and allow for drops while still having an active team.

Now.... emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon BEFORE YOU SIGN UP...please read the rules and information below to make sure you are up for the challenge. Everyone is welcome, so please join right in if you are interested. PLEASE ONLY SIGN UP IF YOU ARE TRULY INTERESTED IN CHALLENING YOURSELF, ARE FINE WITH GETTING YOUR WEIGHT IN BY A CERTAIN DATE/TIME EVERY WEEK AND WANT TO WORK WITH A TEAM.

1. The challenge will officially begin on February 1st. The deadline for signing up is MONDAY JANUARY 25th by 11:59 p.m. pacific standard time. I will announce the teams by Wednesday the 27th of January. You will then have that time to get to know your team before the mini-challenges start and your beginning weight is due on Monday February 1st. I will start a seperate team thread for each of the teams to talk to each other and report your information to your team leader each week.

2. Starting February 1st there will be a mini-challenge every week. This gives you an opportunity to earn bonus points for your team. I will be announcing the mini challenges each weekened before they begin...it will likely be one week of some kind of healthy living/food, and one week of exercise related challenges switched back and forth for the six weeks.

3. At the end of every week you will then report two numbers to your team leader: your new weight and your bonus points from the mini-challenge that week. This information will be due EVERY MONDAY by 9 p.m. pacific time (midnight eastern time). You will be allowed ONE absence without being dropped. After one absence you will be dropped from the challenge. If you have technical or personal problems for not getting your weight in on time, please message me or your team leader personally to let me know and I will work with you...but if I don't hear from you I will not be able to work with you.

4. I will assign one team leader for each team that will be determined when I announce the teams. If you would like to be considered for the team leader position, please let me know. This team leader will report to me the weights and bonus points for each of the members of their team. This helps me out to only have to look at one thread at the end of the week and I truly appreciate the help. The team leader should be someone that is wanting to be active, supportive and motivated and able to report the information by the deadline above.

5. Above all, this is to have FUN, stay motivated and to challenge ourselves. It is a place of respect, encouragement and understanding. The goal is to continue to build friendships and support systems while getting healthy together. Please respect your teammates and be understanding and enjoy this challenge.

6. PRIZES...I will be doing prizes this time as well but only to the top placed individual from each team since the teams will be much larger. There will be sparkgoodies each week as well :)

You all have motivated me more than you know, and I'm so excited for this to begin! If you are interested after reading all the above rules and information please sign up directly in this thread only by the deadline of January 25th by 11:59 p.m. pacific standard time. Remember if you would like to stay with your teams from last time to also include your team color next to your name to make sure you are placed together. If you have or have not done the challenge before and have a buddy you want to be on the same team with please message me to let me know and I'll make sure to place you together as well.
