For the first week of the Winter 5% weight-loss emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon challenge, starting Saturday, January 11 thru Saturday, January 18, I will... Walk for 10 minutes three times a day, do 20 wall push-ups, stay between 1200/1400 calories a day, drink 12+ glasses of water, take ALL my RX's/vitamins/supplements every day, weigh-in daily and log it on Sparkpeople. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Over all goal for 2020...

Lose 20 pounds by June 22, my 73rd birthday and another 20 pounds by our 40th wedding anniversary on December 28th.

My goal for January is to get through the doctor's appointments I need and get the surgery to remove the polyps from my bladder by early February.

Remember goals should not be so big they are not realistic.
