KWEBER1978, I often get cramps, but mostly on the arch of my feet. It doesn't always happen, so I am trying to figure out in which circumstances it happens.

Today is day 27, Plyo Cardio Circuit.

i worked out 32 min out of the 38 min pure cardio video. and burned 288 calories. I didn't get to finish because my daughter got tummy trouble and messed on the carpet so i had to stop and clean. i also walked over 10,000 steps today on top of the insanity workout but went over my calories by a hundred

W3D3 - Pure Cardio - man this one is rough. Anyone else get pain in the outside of their feet? I just got cross trainers but these foot cramps are killer! help!

We're about to finish Week 3--Plyo Circuit today then REST tomorrow!! The last two times I did Plyo my knee hurt a little bit so I am going to switch to crosstrainer shoes instead of the running shoes I've been using and hopefully that will help.

How is everyone liking it so far?
Is anyone drinking the recovery drink or have a cheaper solution for it that I can make at home? Like maybe a smoothie with bananas and whatever else is needed. Any thoughts?

Me and my son did cardio power today. It was AWESOME!! I love all the sweat that came off me and my muscles were shaking so bad. I can't wait for tomorrow.

I'm only on week 1, and today was the first time I had to do Pure Cardio....and OMG!!!! Definitely the worst workout thus far, cannot wait for this to get a little easier to do!

The outer part of the bottom of my foot was hurting soooo bad! I've had this issue before and it usually subsides as I guess by body warms up. But it was hurting so bad I almost stopped doing the workout today entirely. I have some friends that are fitness nerds and they suggested that I buy some crosstrainers, which I did and it totally didn't help. I read on one of these threads where someone suggested working out with no shoes...that actually seemed to help but I feel that for some of the moves I wasn't able to do some of the moves properly because I needed some kind of support on my feet. Any suggestions?!? Can anyone recommend a good shoe?

Hi guys today I did the Insanity cardio core and balance workout, 3 sets of preacher curls, 3 sets of triceps dips, 3 sets of chest press, 3 sets of "back pulls", 2 sets of seated calve raises and some abs. I have so much energy today. I will be doing zumba later

I didn't do ANYTHING yesterday, I had to wake up at 4am to take my girlfriend to the airport and didn't get much sleep. I had zero energy and no motivation but I'm feeling well rested and ready to get back at it today.
