let's see . . . I did 245 minutes from Tuesday thru Saturday and BABAJEAN added 20 that means after we left Syracuse NY we made it all the way to Montreal!!!!

Woo hoo! Thanks BABAJEAN, we would not have made it there today without you!!

catching up on posts - Great job CHAR46SUE -

no excuses now - I am having a horrible flare up and have been bed bound and grumpy minded for days - everything set me off - too much pain I guess - BUT - getting better -

yesterday I walked for the first time in a week -

20 min YIPPEE

I am thinking of changing this challenge up a bit . . .

Let's say minutes are miles and we are traveling across the country.

We will start in St. Paul, Minnesota. I will get out my map and do some calculations and see how far we've traveled.



We stopped at Wisconsin Dells and did some indoor water parks.
Next we had a great time in Chicago site seeing.

Come in and join us on a daily minute challenge. If you can't do it daily, pick a day of the week that you can add your exercise minutes to this challenge.

Here is what the format will look like.

Example:

My Exercise Minutes: 20

Team Total Minutes: 20


You add your exercise minutes to the TEAM TOTAL MINUTES. For all who participate, goodies will be coming your way at the end of month for a job well done. Let's see how many minutes we can accumulate during the month of February.
