I know this is late in January, but no time like the present to begin something new.


Come in and join us on a daily minute challenge. If you don't have an exercise routine, just put in the time that you have hit the hot spots in your house. Any movement counts.

Here is what the format will look like.

Example:

My Exercise Minutes: 20

Team Total Minutes: 20


You add your exercise minutes to the TEAM TOTAL MINUTES. For all who participate, goodies will be coming your way for a job well done. Let's see how many minutes we can accumulate during the month of January.
