I like to watch a bit of TV before bed or play solitaire on my lap pad. Maybe a small glass of wine will do the trick. emoticon

I still listen to an app - wind and more wind - I also do a bit of talking to my body - telling it to relax -

I have such a horrible time sleeping. Maybe a routine will help.

Drink a cup of Sleepy time tea
Turn off computer and TV at 11pm
Lights out by 1am
Up by 10am

More later ...

was going to bed but thought of the sink - so I put the dish in dishwasher and cleaned it good !

set out clothes for today -

pet food in place

counters clear

and a list of what I want to accomplish today -

September is the month we work on our Before Bed Routine. This is such a simple habit that makes our entire day run more smoothly. With just a few minutes each night, we can ensure that our mornings are happier and smoother.

Before you go to bed, shine your sink. Do not have dirty dishes or cups in the sink. Either wash them by hand or put them in the dishwasher. It is great to wake up to a clean sink. Gather up your newspaper or mail and put them away. Get your clothes and lunch ready for the next day. There are many things to do before bed to ensure that your morning is less stressful before work or school.

Use an emoticon or tell us what your bed routine was.
