I got my cardio because I needed to get a few groceries and rather than take the bus uptown and get a large amount, I just walked to the store and got what little I needed and it is 15 minutes each way so I got my half hour in :)

All it takes is 10 minutes three times per day to get your minimum cardio in. Were you able to get in 30 minutes altogether? If so how? If not, what can you do to get it in?
