popcorn that can be made on a moments notice
cinnamon graham crackers and or apple rice cakes
diet jello
soy yogurt
fruit flavored sorbet
eggs
nuts
pretzels
protein powder for smoothies or a quick drink, hot or cold
coconut milk
canned green beans (when I'm almost out of calories for the day excellent w/seasoned rice vinegar on them)

I keep fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, Fibre One bars, yogurt and salad dressing. When I get a craving for sweets, I eat fruit or yogurt, and when I get salty cravings, I eat the veggies or sometimes the mini rice cakes.

Other things I keep on hand are gum to chew when I get cravings or mints to satisfy a hunger moment when I know I am not hungry.
Dried fruit is another one I like to keep on hand.

What are some of the foods you always keep in your house? Remember I'm talking healthy foods. And why do you keep them?

For me:
Yogurt to cure a sweet craving
Cheese and crackers for a salty craving
baby carrots and low calorie salad dressing for munchies
fresh fruit for a sweet craving
Dry cereal to munch on
