Now that you are a part of this team and you see all the resources that are available to you, it is time for you to set up your own Stress Relief Challenge Program.

That simply means that you choose the relaxation techniques or other ideas from what you have learned, and put them to practice daily.

We will be re-starting the WRAP Program today for those who are new to the team since we did that program. There are other email courses I signed up for and did myself so that I could pass them onto you. There are many articles you can refer to for ideas.

What you need to do is pick a maximum of FIVE (5) techniques that have worked for you and use them as your Stress Relief Challenge.

Write down the 5 techniques you choose, why you chose them, and how you know they are helpful, or how you think they are going to be the most helpful out of all the techniques listed here on the team.

So, let's see what your Stress Relief Challenge is and how you are going to use it. Remember, these are the techniques you will use on a daily, moment by moment basis when you start to feel stressed. You cannot have 100 ideas and use them daily. You will find a few that work for you. That's what I'm looking for. What top 5 work for you, why do they work and how are you going to implement them on a daily basis?
