Ideal weight 145lbs. I really mess up this time 197lbs I went up but not giving up, again I say, so slowly getting there.

Day 25 Challenge: Develop a schedule or routine at home and at work. Many times we are faced with stress when we are out of a routine. Coming up with a schedule helps us manage our time which will help deter some of that daily stress.
