Day 2 Challenge: Start a journal, whether here on SparkPeople or on paper. Begin by writing down the stressors you experience each day.

How did you deal with them? In other words, how did you manage the stress? Did you turn to food, take an exercise break, call a friend, go for a walk, come to the message boards, etc?

Did these measures help? Did writing them down help? Did anyone offer any words of encouragement along the way?

Remember before we can change our response, we must first identify what the stress is in our life before we can develop a plan on how to manage them.

Use the general forum thread to discuss what stressors you are experiencing and the measures you are using to cope, even if the measures are unhealthy.
