Oh funks never are good! Boo on them! And goodies, so hard to resist. We had my daughter's xmas band concert last night and they had cookies...before I knew it, I had 3 of them...thankfully they were small and not large cookies like I make, but still...I walked away and went home and ate a healthy dinner, no snacks afterward!

Sorry to hear about the funk ..... I hate that when that happens.

I am not in a funk and can't seem to move the scale in the right direction! Not sure what the problem is either! I am just trying to keep my eye on the prize and resist the sweets. Hard to do at this time of year. I CAN DO IT!

I have been in a horrible funk for the last several weeks, and have gained because of it... but I'm still daily trying to get it together.

Celebrated hubby's birthday over the weekend so I had a big gain. Ugh. But I am over it and have 2 pounds left to get to my lowest so far. Of course, this weekend we are having our annual Thanksgiving dinner at church. But we are planning to take Max to the zoo on Saturday and I am going to walk 5 miles while we are there. Hope to off set the goodies I will have on Sunday night.

I have been doing crappy.
Eating way too much and moving way too little.

I refused to step on the scales today because of that.
I'm back on track, tho... and hope that next week shows great progress.

I know it is only day 2 but how is everyone doing? I'm doing horrible. Just thought I add that in there. Cupcake yesterday...potato soup and a bite of cheese cake today along with buttered bread. I'm going to see that on the scale tomorrow...
