Here's my update:

1. 1000 minutes of exercise. Stretch goal 1100 minutes. Met this one. Just barely, but I did get 1000 minutes.

2. 8000 steps per day. Met everyday but yesterday. Allergies really wore me out. I took the day off work and slept most of the day. I didn't even get 2000 steps yesterday, but I've more than made up for that every other day this month.

3. Cut back on carbs. Mostly met this one. Cutting back on bread, especially when it's not really good bread, and eating less dessert.

This month got messy. Two sets of travel, one unexpected.


1. Strengthen my lower legs to help my foot connective tissues and prevent pain

Did okay with this. Not great during my two weeks of travel though. I think it might be helping so want to continue next month.

2. Work on getting the side yard spring ready

Decent start here. Area prepped for having a tree removed. Waiting on tree removal. They are waiting for the ground to dry after rain and snow.

3. Start Q2 basement cleanup and reorganizing (we had a water leak and are using that as an excuse to do some fixing beautifying)

Have one quadrant done and moving on to the next one. Yah!

2. 8000 steps per day. Should be doable, since I'm in a step challenge.
