Sunday - 5 miles on the treadmill and use my twist plate emoticon
Monday - Take some stuff to the Drop Off Center and Recycling emoticon
Tuesday - Make sure I get my quota of water for the day emoticon
Wednesday - Organize our downstairs pantry/storage room emoticon
Thursday - Cut both my hair and DH's Hair. I used to be a hairstylist. emoticon
Friday - Get blood work done emoticon
Saturday - Clean the house and do laundry

Monday - Exercise class--45 minutes
Water aerobics--60 minutes
Tuesday - Exercise class--45 minutes
Wednesday -Exercise class-- 45 minutes

Thursday - Walking-- 60 minutes
Friday - Walking-- 60 minutes
Saturday - Walking-- 60 minutes

We don't plan to fail, but if we fail to plan, well... that's sometimes what happens. So this week, let's "PRE-PLAN," so we don't fail.

Your Challenge for this week is to “PRE-PLAN" either your meal(s) ... or "PRE-PLAN" your exercise routine, your choice.

You can choose to “PRE-PLAN” your meal(s), by posting what your meal plan will be for the week (helping you to stay in calorie range & get your nutrients).

Or you can choose to “PRE-PLAN” your exercise routine, by posting what exercise(s) you plan to do each day of the week (or set a goal of miles/steps/minutes).
