Started going back to the gym after being sick on and off for 2 months.
yesterday I went for 45 minutes and did the treadmill for 10 minutes and then the 30 minute circuit
today I went for an hour. Did the treadmill for 10 minutes and then did various machines for 50 minutes.

Today I made it to the gym. 15 min. With the bike, 45 min on the strength circuit ( PF) and 20 min with ropes section. emoticon Felt good getting out!

A few weeks ago, I started a journey to train for a 5k in July and then in November I'll be running in the Terrain Races (obstacle course/mud run) I use a few different apps to help me along the way and my fitbit. The apps are c25k, 0-100 pushups, 200 squats, and weightloss yoga for beginners. So here is today's workout:

16 total minutes jogging
63 regular pushups
67 squats
15 minutes yoga
Gardening
11,600 steps (Thats not an estimate, Thats really my steps. Never landed on such an even number before)

I've worked hard to get to where I can do this much but I have a long way to go before the mud races!!

I try to get fitbit minutes and steps.
100 active minutes yesterday (I helped the fence guy, I was doing the easy stuff)
