Monday: 15 minutes of extra cardio
Tuesday: Laundry
Weds: drink more water
Thursday: eat healthy snacks
Friday: no eating snacks after 8:00pm

Sunday - I will spend time with DH going for a walk together
Monday - I will take time to bless my home.
Tuesday - I will walk 5 miles on the elliptical machine.
Wednesday - I will be mindful of what I eat today. I'm down 2 pounds and don't want them coming back.

Thursday - I will make sure that I will take some time just for myself.
Friday - I will be making a healthy snack for a gathering of friends this evening.
Saturday - I will be cleaning my house as we are having company for the weekend.

If God gives us what he thinks we can handle, He must think I'm a BadAss.

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being excited about what could go right.

Your body can stand almost anything. It's your mind that you have to convince.

WEEKLY CHALLENGE .....MAY 27TH- JUNE 2ND

Changing our health habits begins with 2 simple words I WILL, followed by some type of chosen action. Your challenge this week is to finish this sentence every day/ Here are some suggestions, but of course, you complete the sentence however you see fit.

- Eat more nutritionally
- Increase my exercise minutes
- Stretch
- Mediate or get me-time
- Sleep 7-8 hours
- Strength train
- Drink 8 glasses of water

Copy & paste the days of the week, and come back here daily, to post what you chose to do.

Sunday - I will spend time with DH going for a walk together
