Accounting for steps on pedometer, minutes on Stationary bike or elliptical or treadmill, number of flights of stairs up and down, time on rebounder or with resistance bands.
1/01 Pedometer first 3000 in 2018
1/02 pedometer 3750 12mintes treadmill @ 2mph 1 stairs
