Welcome to April! Itís a brand new month and that means itís time for a brand new habit. This month, we are concentrating on Making Your Bed. This one small step makes a huge difference in the look and feel of your room. Hereís some great information from FlyLady to get you started.

Your bed in the bedroom is what the sink is to your kitchen.


Weekly Pampering Mission


You've worked hard this week! It's time to take a little break and have some "Me Time". You deserve some pampering. I want you to set aside 2 hours for a break. You don't have to do this one alone but feel free to if you need some alone time! I want you to watch a good movie. Give your brain and your body a break for just a little bit. And pamper yourself with a favorite movie.
Grab a glass of wine or some refreshing flavored water and unplug from the world for a few hours while you enjoy some fun entertainment. Your mind and body will thank you for the break. And don't feel guilty, you're worth more to yourself and your family when you are rested and relaxed!
