I don't drink soda, but I have tried the gum and water trick. It really does work, doesn't it? Also, if I brush my teeth and then chew peppermint gum, I don't feel like having a snack as my mouth is all 'minty-fresh', lol.

I also find that having a cup of tea with 1 tsp of sugar helps as it makes me feel full and has a touch of sweetness so I don't crave other heavy-calorie sweets.

are you sure you want to go cold turkey on the diet soda? That might be super difficult. Is slowly better sometimes?

What if we woke up tomorrow with only those things that we thanked God for today?

giving up my snacks at night was super hard for me.
So what I do is drink my diet pepsi and chew extra Fruit Sensations buble gum, it really helps.
I also drink a water bottle after dinner.
Give it a try!

Now I'm going cold turkey giving up my diet pepsi, I don't know how I'm going to do that but my kidneys will thank me and hopefully I'll start losing weight.
