Oh gosh. I don't know them well enough to know their names. There's a guy with dark hair that seemed encouraging yet tough. That's all I remember.

yes I think its misleading, losing 100+ pounds that fast is not good, everyone is so scared of falling below the yellow line, they are under so much pressure.

I've seen a few episodes here and there.
I find it interesting, yet misleading. The participants are frowned upon if they lose a healthy 1-2 pounds a week, and seem to want massive weight losses like 7-8 pounds a week. I think it may set people up for failure, if they don't lose as much as they do.
What do you think?
