during the past week was able to get in at least 30 minutes a day of walking - I have my 30 minutes in today -- looking forward to meeting more folks on here --

I completed 95 minutes of exercise today (walking) - went down to Coolidge Park -- also went and sent the musical 9 to 5 at the Chattanooga Theater was very good - emoticon
